Questions about a charge

If you believe you were charged for Taleweaver, email calebjost@gmail.com with the charge date and receipt reference. Never send your full card number, password, or API key. We will investigate the charge and explain the available resolution.

Before paid launch

Prices, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be published before paid subscriptions open. Your mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
